DAY
1
Intu Afrika Game Reserve, Kalahari Bushmen
We collect you from the International
Airport "Hosea Kutako" in Windhoek of your LTU/Air Namibia
flight. Afterwards we drive to Intu Afrika Game Reserve, situated
in the beginnings of the Kalahari Desert nearby Mariental. On this
impressing farm you become acquainted with the fascinating life of
the! Kung San (Bushmen). We do a bush-walk with the! Kung San and
a game drive through the game reserve to watch the wild animals of
Africa. Later we enjoy the sunset in the Kalahari at our campfire
before we camp in a Bush Camp of this lodge.

DAY
2
Quiver Tree Forest, Fish River Canyon
After an extensive breakfast we visit the Quiver Tree Forest, near
Keetmanshoop. Quiver trees belong to the aloe family and can grow
to
heights of 8 m and they are characterised by gold colour of their
trunk. Then we keep on going to the impressing Fish River Canyon,
with
measures of 160km in length, up to 27 km in width and the inner canyon
reaches a depth of 550m. We spend the afternoon with excursions around
the edge of the canyon and enjoy the fascinating sunset before we
set up camp on the campsite of the national park.

DAY
3
Lüderitz, Diaz Point
Early in the morning we depart for Lüderitz. On the Atlantic
coast we watch seals at Diaz Point and penguins on Halifax Island.
In the afternoon we explore Lüderitz before
we put up pur tents on Shark Island campsite,
a paradise for water birds.

DAY
4
Ghost-Town Kolmanskop, Klein Aus Vista
After we visit the ghost-town Kolmanskop we continue east to the farm
Klein Aus Vista, the home of the unique wild desert horses. These
horses are adapted so uniquely to the nature of the desert, they are
able to go without water for up to five days at a time. Hikers can
enjoy the amazing hiking trails on this farm before we watch the breath-taking
sunset in the desert. We stay the night in our
safari-tents on the farm.

5
Namibia Desert National Park
We start early in the morning and visit Duwisib Castle, a baroque
castle which was built in 1909
by Baron Captain Hans-Heinrich von
Wolf, who came from Dresden in Germany.
Afterwards we travel to the most famous landscape of Namibia, the
red sand desert. We hike the
impressive Sesriem canyon in the afternoon and climb the highest dune,
Dune 45, where you get an amazing view
about these bizarre formations. Then we enjoy the sunset over the
desert and end the day with a congenial dinner at the campfire. We
stay in our safari tents
on Sesriem campsite.

DAY6
Namib Desert National Park
Namib Naukluft Nationalpark
We start very early in the morning and drive into the dunes to watch
the unique light and shadow phenomenon in the dunes at sunrise. You
visit Sossusvlei and Deadvlei; both pans are worldwide known because
of their appearance in many films and in advertising.
After lunch, we travel to Naukluft Mountains where you can recover
from the heat in the shadow of gigantic trees. We stay the night in
our safari tents on Naukluft campsite.

DAY

Namib Naukluft National Park, Windhoek
We spend the morning with hiking excursions in this wonderful national
park to become acquainted with the changing landscapes of the park
and to watch the animals; or you can recover in the camp and enjoy
the rest before we return to Windhoek. In Namibia's capital you
have the afternoon at leisure to wander down Post St Mall to see the
Gibbeon meteorites or to shop for curios. We stay the night at a cosy
guesthouse. Dinner is on own expense for example in Windhoek's famous
restaurant "Joe's Bierhaus", where specialities as zebra,
springbok or oryx are offered. Next morning we drop you off at the
International Airport "Hosea Kutako" if your vacation in
Namibia should be ended now.
